We’re proud to support Dive In, the annual festival for diversity, equity and inclusion in insurance. Now in its eighth year, the festival is set to be the biggest yet, with more than 150 events taking place across 40 countries from September 27-29. The aim of this year's theme - Building Braver 文化s - is to empower the industry to build environments where people feel safe, 有价值的, respected and free to express themselves.

Hispanic and Latinx 遗产 Month 2022

The theme for this year's Hispanic and Latinx 遗产 Month reinforces the imperative of welcoming diverse voices and perspectives into decision-making processes. While this monthlong observation is primarily recognized in the US and Canada, 沼泽 McLennan celebrates the successes and stories of all our Hispanic and Latinx colleagues globally and reaffirms our broader commitment to inclusion and diversity.

Pride Month 2022

Pride Month and its activities honoring the pivotal 1969 Stonewall Uprising in Manhattan provide an opportunity every June for both celebration and reflection. It's the perfect time to show our support for colleagues who identify as Lesbian, 同性恋, 双性恋, Transgender, Queer or another sexual orientation or gender identity. It's also important to consider what tangible actions we can take to continue our support all year long.
